These terms and conditions apply to the mahaza app (Application) for mobile devices, created by Mustafa Alkan (Service Provider) as an Ad Supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, or attempts to extract the source code are strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. You are not permitted to create derivative versions or translate the Application without authorization.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. Such actions can expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Certain functions require an active internet connection. You are responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider for data usage (including roaming charges). If you are not the bill payer, we assume you have received permission from them.
The Service Provider may update the Application to maintain compatibility or add features. You agree to accept updates as they are offered. We also reserve the right to cease providing the service at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends and you must delete it if required.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of any changes.
